A little over due, but I still wanted to document this day! There really are a lot of advantages to living in a small town. Sometimes I don't think you can realize those adavantages until you live with it. One of those advantages have been the community/ward activities for holidays. This Valentines Day there was a community dance at one of the elementary schools for the entire family. We had a lot of fun! There aren't too many places where you can still eat homemade desserts that everyone brought to share! We danced the night away, and Gavin was the man of the night dancing with 4 girls, which included his mom. Grandma Webb tried so hard to get Gavin to dance with her, but he wouldn't budge! I guess his dance card was too full!
These are some of the many flowers that filled the kitchen that entire week.
One of the girls that Gavin asked to dance with.
Whitney and Terri cuttin'a rug!
Gavin even danced with Grandpa! Sorry Grandma!
Me and my little man.
Chad and Hallie made some sweet moves.
Gavin's favorite gal next to his momma.
It was so cute when this little girl just walked up to Gavin and started dancing with him.
Hallie made sure we went home with all the rice krisy treats. She "fought" off another little girl for them. Don't mess with rice krispy treats!
It made for a very memorable Valentines!
