Gavin has been in love with dinosaurs lately, so when his birthday rolled around, we bought him a dinosaur play set. We gave it to him in the morning so we could spread out the fun. He loved it! He and Emily started playing with it immediately, and he has continued to play with it. That's what I love!
Carrie arrived the day before and she offered to make his birthday cake. It was an ice cream cake with a cookie crust. Really yummy! Thanks Carrie!
I really love this boy. He is super smart, which is tricky as a parent, and so stubborn. I mess up a lot trying to raise these kiddos, but I really love this opportunity and blessing they are to me. Happy Birthday Gavin. I love you forever and ever!
